Orders paid in advance are delivered within 5 working days.

Delivery is Rs 250, and free when your items come to Rs 5,000 or more after any discount. Cash on delivery has no extra charge.

Pay in advance and save Rs 200 on delivery. The saving comes off the delivery fee, so it doesn't apply when delivery is already free.

You can pay cash on delivery, by JazzCash or Easypaisa, or by UBL bank transfer.

If you pay in advance, send the payment after placing your order with your order number as the reference, then send us a screenshot of it on WhatsApp. Your order page has a button for that. We check every payment before we confirm the order.

Yes, cash on delivery is available nationwide.

Orders over Rs 8,000 are paid in advance unless you've had an order delivered by us before. We also ask for payment in advance if a cash on delivery parcel was refused at the door before.

We confirm every order with you on WhatsApp before we dispatch it.

Open Track your order and enter the order number from your confirmation. It shows each step, and the courier and tracking number once your parcel is on its way.

Our stock is sourced from authorised distributors in Pakistan.

The Glam Mart is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with the brands we sell.

For hygiene reasons we can't accept change-of-mind returns on cosmetics.

If anything arrives wrong or damaged, we'll replace it free. Just message us on WhatsApp (0325 2235000) within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.

Now and then an item may become unavailable after you've ordered it. If that happens, we'll message you on WhatsApp. With your agreement we can replace it with another shade or size at the same price or lower; otherwise we'll remove it from your order or cancel the order.
