Delivery and returns

Delivered in 5–7 working days, nationwide. We deliver within Pakistan only.

Delivery is Rs 250, and free when your items come to Rs 5,000 or more after any discount. Cash on delivery has no extra charge.

Pay in advance and save Rs 200 on delivery. The saving comes off the delivery fee, so it doesn't apply when delivery is already free.

Orders paid in advance are delivered within 5 working days.

We confirm every order with you on WhatsApp before we dispatch it.

Once your parcel is on its way, your order page shows the courier and the tracking number.

For hygiene reasons we can't accept change-of-mind returns on cosmetics.

If anything arrives wrong or damaged, we'll replace it free. Just message us on WhatsApp (0325 2235000) within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.

Now and then an item may become unavailable after you've ordered it. If that happens, we'll message you on WhatsApp. With your agreement we can replace it with another shade or size at the same price or lower; otherwise we'll remove it from your order or cancel the order.

If you've paid in advance, we refund the money for anything removed or cancelled, and the difference when a replacement costs less. Delivery and any discount stay as they were on the order. If you'd like something that costs more instead, you can place it as a new order.
